The piece was inspired by observing graffiti writers who work along highways, often blending into their surroundings to avoid drawing attention. Shadow graphics reference the interplay between nature and infrastructure while reflecting the strategies, movements, and adaptations required to make art within the built environment.
The garment examines the tension between standing out and blending in—a recurring theme throughout Archeology.
